  • Tanja

    Tanja Kitzmann

    Management

Her conviction: Good communication thrives not only on ideas, but also on structure and trust. For clients, this means reliability, clear processes, and an agency that keeps its promises. Tanja ensures that conception, consulting, and collaboration can take place smoothly and on an equal footing. She is also responsible for finance, controlling, and organization—ensuring that decisions are made on a sound basis and that projects are built on stable foundations.

In her leadership role, she combines attentiveness with pragmatism and focuses on responsibility, commitment, and appreciation—both internally and externally. Her passion: anniversary and final issues of print magazines. Her balance: van life, no matter where.

  • Karsten

    Karsten Hoppe

    Management

Karsten comes from a background in media studies and brings journalistic experience to the agency. After many years in PR, he is now the strategic and creative driving force and networker at TDUB. He maintains long-standing journalist contacts with tech and business editors at leading daily media outlets. As Global Tech Lead within the international PR agency network IPREX, he supports tech and B2B clients in developing tailored, cross-border PR solutions and brings fresh impulses from the network into the agency – currently with a focus on AI and GEO.

You can recognize Karsten in the office by his VW camper mug – whether he’s concentrating at his screen, talking on the phone across the office floor, or chatting at the lunch table.

His career reads like a cultural adventure: music and event manager, radio reporter, film studies scholar, Google advertiser – and now with more than 20 years of experience in PR. In his private life, he loves hiking, traveling, music, and good food. He is particularly fascinated by Nordic archaeology and value investing.

  • Tilo

    Tilo Timmermann

    Management

Since the early days of the internet and the New Economy, Tilo has been immersed in technology and communication. He experienced firsthand the original fascination of AltaVista, the Amiga, and the Psion, and has now been working for over 25 years as a PR consultant, team leader, and agency head.

Tilo is deeply involved in strategic consulting, concept development, and writing. He works for many clients – currently with a particular focus on EPAM and Meteomatics. He has seen it all, yet remains curious – especially about the opportunities and challenges brought about by AI.
In his private life, he loves endless hikes through the Alps or the wilderness of Norway. In the hangout area, you’ll usually find him in front of the dartboard, darts in one hand and a café crema in the other. Fun fact: a quote of his published in Die Welt in 1999, in which he declared the internet “grown up,” is still circulating online today.

  • Julius

    Julius Damms

    Consultant

Julius brings fresh ideas to creation, influencer relations, and topic development – and is the primary point of contact for Shure.
He is passionate about good food, great music, and American football. His favorite spot in the office: stretched out across the sofa – especially after lunch. And he has made sports history: he is the only offensive lineman ever to score a touchdown for the Lüneburger Razorbacks.

  • Daniel

    Daniel Gerloff

    Senior Consultant

Daniel develops strong concepts, supports clients with great composure and a clear overview, and is internally responsible for supervising all client projects.

In his private life, he plays drums (in a punk rock band), plays ice hockey, and enjoys good coffee – preferably a flat white. His favorite spot in the hangout area is the carpet, where he likes to sit and meditate. And something he’s always wanted to say: “Say Uh-Ah-Altona!”

  • Luisa

    Luisa Hagensieker

    Consultant

Luisa has a particular strength for all kinds of writing – from press releases and editorial articles to social media content. Creativity and a trusting collaboration with clients are at the heart of her work. She supports Meteomatics and Shure.

Outside of agency life, she loves browsing flea markets, reading good books, and going on long walks. Although “walk” is a flexible term when it comes to Luisa: she once hiked 100 kilometers around Hamburg in under 24 hours.

  • Magali

    Magali Jeulin

    Consultant

Magali uses her keen sense of aesthetics to create strong designs – from presentations to social media content. Her clients include Start Somewhere and Shure.

In her free time, she loves watching sunsets at the beach and spending time with her mini Australian Labradoodle, Kahlua. For lunch, she often goes for pasta or a döner from Edeka. In the hangout area, she sits wherever it’s coziest – as long as it’s the sofa. Her biggest weakness: a panicky fear of spiders.
